Procedure: Replenishing the Receipt Printer Paper
- Cut any remaining paper to allow removal.
- Press the "Feed" button to clear paper from paper path..
- Lift the spindle to the Take-out hole to remove the paper roll and spindle.
- Remove the spindle from the old paper roll.
- Place the spindle in the new paper roll.
- Place the new paper roll on the bracket.
- Feed end of paper into the feed slot.
- Paper will feed automatically.
Procedure: Replenishing Currency Cassettes
- Unlock and open the cabinet.
- Pull the locking pin to allow the mechanism to swivel on the slide tray.
- Rotate the mechanism to allow access. Release the locking pin.
- Remove the Note cassette. Unlock and open the cassette. Load currency.
- Close, lock, and replace the Note cassette.
- Remove the Reject cassette. Unlock and open the cassette. Remove Notes.
- Close, lock and replace the Reject cassette.
- Pull locking pin. Rotate the mechanism to operating position. Release the locking pin. Make sure the mechanism clicks into place.
- Close cabinet door.
- Go to "Management Functions".
- Select the "Close" option.
- Choose "Cassette Close". The Cassette Close receipt will print.
- Remove the cassette.
- Count the cash. The cash in the cassette and reject bin should equal "Remaining Amount" value on receipt.
- Load cassette.
- Replace the cassette.
- Select "Enter Qty. in Cassette" from the Close menu.
- Enter the number of bills loaded in cassette.
- Perform a Trial Cassette Close. Keep the receipt as a record of the beginning cassette balance.
- Place the ATM in service.
- Select "Day Close" option. The Day Close receipt prints.
- NOTE: If ATM Day Close is not performed at the same time as the processor, Host Settlement amount may not match Terminal Settlement amount on the Day Close receipt.
- Place the ATM in service.
